Notice of Revisions to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy Due to the Introduction of Mobile App Ad Rewards (Effective Date: October 21, 2026)
Hello, this is SlitherMap.
We have added a "Watch Ads and Get Free Crystals" feature to the SlitherMap mobile app,
and would like to inform you of the related policy revisions.
The updated changes will take effect on October 21, 2026.
■ 1. New Feature — Watch Ads and Get Free Crystals
· You can receive free Crystals by watching a short ad to the end in the mobile app.
· Ads are shown only when you directly press the button, and will not appear during gameplay.
· This feature is available only to logged-in members, and there is a daily limit on how many times rewards can be received.
· Ads will not be displayed on the website.
It will be applied starting with the Android app, and the iOS app will be updated as soon as it is ready.
■ 2. Changes to the Privacy Policy
· Google AdMob (Google LLC) is used to serve ads.
· Google may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID,
IP address, device/app information, and ad interaction information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
· To verify ad views, this service sends Google
only values that cannot directly identify a member account.
· In regions where consent is required, such as the EEA and the UK, consent will be obtained before showing ads,
and you can change it at any time in the app under Settings › Ad Privacy Settings.
· You can reset the advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device's ad settings.
· Ad reward records are retained for reward verification and fraud prevention,
and will be deleted when you withdraw your membership.
· The Google AdSense section remaining in the existing policy
will be removed because it is no longer in use.
■ 3. Changes to the Terms of Use
· Crystals received from watching ads are provided free of charge,
and the amount granted and daily limit may be changed or discontinued after notice.
· Crystals obtained through improper methods such as automation tools or manipulation may be revoked.
■ 4. Changes to the Refund Policy
· Crystals granted free of charge as ad viewing rewards are not eligible for refunds.
■ 5. Effective Date
October 21, 2026
If you continue using the service after the effective date,
you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated changes.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the service
or withdraw your membership.
