Notice of Payment Provider (Merchant of Record) Change (Effective Date: August 26, 2026)
Hello, this is SlitherMap.
We would like to inform you that the payment provider (seller, Merchant of Record) for Crystal purchases will be changed.
The updated changes will take effect on August 26, 2026.
■ 1. Details of the change
[Before] Paddle.com Market Ltd.
[After] Xsolla (USA), Inc.
Xsolla is a payment provider specializing in the sale of in-game currency and items,
and handles payments, taxes, and refunds in more than 200 countries worldwide.
■ 2. What changes for users
· The name shown on card statements and bank account records will change to Xsolla.
· Purchase receipts will be issued by Xsolla.
· The contact point for payment and refund inquiries will change to Xsolla.
(You may still contact us at contact@metagrid1.com as before.)
· More regional payment methods will be available during payment.
The price, amount granted, and usage of Crystals will not change.
Any Crystals and items you already own will remain unchanged.
■ 3. Change to the third party receiving personal information
For payment processing, the party that collects and processes the billing name, email address, billing address and country,
and payment method information will change from Paddle to Xsolla.
Card numbers will continue to be processed directly by the payment provider as before,
and will not be transmitted to this service's servers.
This service only receives the order identifier, purchased product, and payment result.
■ 4. Documents to be revised
· Terms of Service
· Privacy Policy
· Refund Policy
In all three documents, the seller (Merchant of Record) designation will be changed to Xsolla.
No other provisions will be changed.
■ 5. Effective date
August 26, 2026
If you continue to use the service after the effective date,
you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the service
or delete your account.
