Notice of Revisions to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and Introduction of a Refund Policy (Effective Date: August 14, 2026)
Hello, this is SlitherMap.
In preparation for the introduction of paid items, we have revised the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy,
and established a new Refund Policy.
The revised terms will take effect on August 14, 2026.
In addition, the revisions to the Privacy Policy that have already been in effect since August 4, 2026
are also summarized again below in Section 1 for your reference.
The previous notice covering that content has been replaced by this notice.
■ 1. Revisions Already in Effect (Effective August 4, 2026)
These revisions reflect the introduction of the in-game currency 'Crystals' and a new chat log retention policy.

· Crystal top-up and usage history
· Chat message content and send timestamps
[New Retention Periods]
· Crystal usage history: retained for 3 months after account deletion
for payment/refund processing and dispute handling, then automatically deleted
(retained items: email address, nickname, Crystal increase/decrease records)
· Chat logs: retained for 90 days
for report handling and usage restriction measures, then automatically deleted
· Other member information (profile, owned items, etc.) will continue to be
deleted immediately upon account deletion, as before.
[Notice on Chat Restrictions]
· Temporary chat bans may be applied for inappropriate chat behavior.
· You can continue to play the game normally even while chat-banned.
· The restriction will be lifted automatically when the period ends.

[Key Changes]
· Introduction of paid virtual items
We have added provisions regarding paid currency Crystals and the skins, boosters, and consumables
that can be purchased with Crystals. Purchases are entirely optional, and the entire game,
including rankings, remains free to use as before.
· Seller (Merchant of Record) specified
All purchases are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd., and Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds.
It will also appear under Paddle on your card statement and account records.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), and taxes are added at checkout
based on the billing country.
· Item validity period
Skins do not expire as long as the service remains in operation, boosters expire 30 days from the date of purchase,
and consumables are single-use items that are consumed one at a time when used, while unused quantities do not expire.
· New Refund Policy
We have defined full refunds for unused Crystals within 14 days, the meaning of the statutory right of withdrawal
for users in the EU and UK and consent to immediate provision, refund restrictions for Crystals already used
and items already delivered, and the refund request process and handling period.
· Notice on payment-related personal data processing
We have specified the information Paddle collects directly for payment processing (billing name, email address,
billing address and country, payment method information), as well as the information this service receives from Paddle
(order identifier, purchased items, payment result). Card numbers are processed by Paddle and are not transmitted
to this service's servers.
■ 3. If You Do Not Agree to the Revisions
You may stop using the service or delete your account from the profile page
before the effective date. However, even in that case, the retained items described in Section 1 above
will be kept for their respective retention periods.
If you continue to use the service after the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed
to the revised terms.
